At the Portuguese Retina Institute we use the latest and most advanced ophthalmologic therapy for intravitreal application.

Intravitreal drugs and devices, at the level of Anti-VEGF and corticosteroids, some of prolonged release, are available to IPR users, if necessary, on the same day. This possibility of making diagnosis and treatment as much as possible on the same day arises from a continuous joint effort between the two institutions.
